Excellence in quality
At JMP our quality approach is designed to achieve excellence. As each phase of a project is completed, it is reviewed by key team members of the project and has to be signed off before work can commence on the next phase. This ensures that problems are dealt with as the project progresses, reducing and solving situations at the Punch List period and achieving an excellent completion. Our pre-construction involvement early in the life of a project ensures that we share quality planning with the whole team prior to construction, reviewing potential challenges and pro-actively managing them.
